Space Florida Facilities

Space Florida has secured full long-term rights to operate, maintain, and improve the PCC under purely commercial standards and make it available to commercial tenants. All three floors of the facility feature raised-access flooring, making the facility ideal for not only standard office space but also activity which requires extensive communication infrastructure such as launch and mission control and operations.
