Space Florida offers students and teachers a range of innovative, education programs, and workshops specially intended for Middle School, High School, undergraduate, graduate, interns, and researchers. The emphasis of these programs is inquiry-based, with many hands-on activities, enabling the participants the opportunity to experience and solve real-world science problems.
Working relationships with the aerospace industry, academia, and technical partners, introduces students to key Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and industry employers. This introduction provides students with the necessary tools for further study, and gaining employment in the space and scientific community. Space Florida education programs are partnered with NASA and the Florida Space Grant Consortium. Other partnerships include the Florida Department of Education, Florida County School Boards, Zero G Corporation and the Kennedy Space Center.
